Added buildings to the university region. This marks the end of adding buildings to the 3 regions. The final building count is 66 with the university region having the most at 29, the downtown region having 19 and the neighborhood region have 18. The next major map-work will be to build all the rooms of these buildings however I will most likely focus on a few other things first.
