Beta 0.3.2.4 - Late-game polish

Greetings, commanders!

Tonight's update adds more polish to Phase 2 and Phase 3!  This includes grammar updates, more character expressions, and more narrative placeholders filled in.

There's no major bug fixes here, but a lot of little bits of progress moving towards that eventual Steam release!  Stay tuned.

Known issues (SPOILERS):

• If you kill all the ministers, there's a missing plot point where you overthrow the Great Leader and install yourself.  At the moment, you simply jump to the Leader being dead with the player in power.  Thanks again to senl for pointing this out!  I'll work on adding this missing plot point in a future update.
• The "Valkyrie" ending needs to be fleshed out with more variety depending on your choices, how the war played out, etc.
