Added things! (again)

HEY THERE.

So, I've added a new level called INFERNO. it's really difficult, and there are no souls to collect. It's a guantlet of killer bats and sinking lava bergs. No room for error in hell!

I also made it so you have to unlock levels sequentially -- in the future when i add more levels, they will also be secret levels you can unlock via finding different exits or obtaining a high enough score.

For those of you trying out the demo, for now, you can click on Lilit on the menu to unlock all the levels at once ;)

oh and i changed the attack from space to left click.
