View rotation and sound settings

I have received feedback from players. Apparently players want to rotate the view. Sometimes buildings obstruct road signs. I didn't though, that was necessary since there are other ways to know which road sign is where. But I present you the view rotation feature :)

Some folks asked if music could be silenced. It looks like many players want to listen to their own music or podcasts while playing. This feature should have been added in the very first version. I'm sorry and I'm adding it now.
