Happy Halloween, everyone!
As per usual, this devlog will contain some patch notes and teasers for upcoming updates to the game. I will be trying to update things a bit more frequently than before as well. Lastly before the changelog, the cherry enemy teased in the previous devlog has been delayed for further testing, and will be properly implimented into the game once things return to normal. Don't worry though, all the changes made for the Halloween update will be accessable in the main game afterwards by unlocking the Hallowed Eve event in game! Without further delay, the changes made in this update.
More updates will come in the future with other, more interesting enemy types and features. In particular, I'm currently working on a complete rework of the game loop, which will involve getting money to purchace upgrades and going back and forth between many new maps and a town where you can spend money to get many different things. Other cosmetic features like improved UI, better and more consitent spritework, and skins for Juniper (and maybe some enemies?) will be available. Just remember!
