Fixing bugs and added Korean language!

New stuff:

• Korean translation!! Thank you Flora (@flora_852 on Twitter)

Bug fixes:

• The game allowed using normal boosts while aiming down. Thank you Bae for showing this on stream lol
• In frame perfect conditions, the level up screen would appear while aiming a downwards boost
• A new chibiRyS costume should've been displayed between the 29th and the 31st but, as I expected, I messed something up. ;_;
