Polish + new CGs!

While the game was submitted to GWJ#50 I received a lot of feedback so here are the changes:

• Added a BGM and SFX with the ability to mute them
• Fixed the non-functional ending main menu button
• Added 3 CGs to unhealthy endings
• Fixed image resolution when played fullscreen
