Version 1.1: Full modding support

Update notes:

• Fixed Rufus bug
• Added score change indicators
• Fixed "pause" menu rendering
• Added full modding support: adding new characters, determining how many characters are pulled from the pool at the start of the game, and defining the initial starting character (datafiles can be found in the StreamingAssets folder of the game data).
