Update 16 - Halloween mini game

• Halloween mini game added to games.
• Fixed bug where tutorial showed up for custom games.
• Fixed bug where Edit button on main menu complained that the game is not loaded.
• Fixed issue where scroll scrolled down.
• Updated share screen link.

The Halloween mini game is nothing fancy, just a small game you can try for something a bit different.

Next, I think I will have to optimize the web build before I get feedback.
