Changed a couple rules after testing this. Made The Boy's action with the horn slightly weaker, and gave the clowns a chance to move faster if you roll doubles or triples.
The deduction element of trying to figure out where the clowns are based on the sounds they make seems to work well. I'm happy with that.
If you find 1v1 too easy, you could try using more dice, or letting the clown player control two clowns. Feel free to mess around with stuff.
