- Fix some visual issues (sorting issues, misplaced props, etc.)

- Fix issue where player could lock themselves out of boss room by quickly dashing under closing door
- Fix for some waterfall heights being calculated incorrectly
- Fix for waterfalls not recalculating consistently after a nearby explosion
- Fix for possibility of tutorial crate launching player to ceiling
