Devlog Week 6
NOTE: Current Build uploaded as v0.03
- Dev:
- (For reference now that we have put names: Luca was quite sick this weekend and was able to do very little work, just tested others' work and started lots of stuff that was all commited and merged the following week)
- Started working on the Tutorial Level for the next Playtesting session
- Added multiple checkpoints to the game. Usage instructions are in README.md
- Updated flower rig, model, and animations to the game with bigger paddles.
- Players can now see what is needed for interactive objects by checking the transparent indicators on them. -> i.e. A soil land that is not planted will have a transparent seed on it;
- The gate to the next section of the level has a transparent gem on the window.
The unlocked gates now have an actual shining Gem on them. - For the gates connecting level sections, it will only open the door when the player unlocks it with a gem
- Cleaned up Scene hierarchy and folders to make things easier to find
- Cleaned up UI Completely with cleaner graphics
- New basic HUD for season change
- fixed jumping
- begin work updating character models
- Now Pause Menu works.
- Props and Art:
- Character Models Sent to Rigger
- Blowing Leaves sent to animator
- Pine Tree Modelled
- Finish Line Model Complete
- Alteration to deciduous tree complete
- SkyBox 1/4 Complete
- Growing Flower Animation revisions
- Audio:
- Completed 4 versions for all related Main Menu and Pause Menu sfx
- Work on Main Menu and Pause them almost complete
- Various sfx as requested completed and implemented in the game
