Massive rebalance of the Pharmakon faction. General changes:
- Added a new ship - frigate Operator;
- Added new fleets;
- Change of almost all prices at the station;
- Changing the loot of almost all fleets;
- Now parts of the ship blueprints are needed to purchase all the ships of the Pharmakon. They can only be obtained in combat with the respective fleets;
- Changed the frequency and distance of the appearance of fleets;
- Other changes.
