Introduces Open AI Gym Integration with the game.
Now you can train your own implementations that can play the game and make world records.
Game Internals are accessed via an "ANXRacersGymInterface" MemoryMapped File.

To enable gym to control your spaceship don't forget to turn on "AI Brain" from in-game options
