Pixel Font - Whacky Joe - 12x14 TTF Font

Changes:

Continuing to update my early pixel fonts with increased character support, by adding support for the "Œ" and "œ" glyph. Also a handful of little visual adjustments, and fixes to a line spacing issue. Hope you all enjoy these changes!
