Goblin, pixel portraits

- Can scroll by putting mouse on edge of screen, limit camera to the playable map (with shadowy margin)
- Grey out units after they take their turns
- Added goblin PC, including liturgicode, reactive code, puppet systems, and eject power cores
- Added "buffs" system for persistent effects like goblin fragility.
- Move "end turn" up into the player's action count. Confirmation modal if you end turn with actions left.
- New pixel pilot portraits
- Better fx for units when they can be activated: bounce, "ready!" text.
- Text fx shown when reliable damage kicks in on a miss. Nanocarbon sword gets its 3 reliable damage.
- Fix hardlock when an AI unit dies to overwatch.
