First level is complete! This week we:
- Implemented remaining baby needs and daycare stations
- Added day timer
- Implemented parent reviews and scoring system (+ score screen)
- Implemented baby rejection if incorrect baby is returned to parent
- Added character model
- Added parent model
- Made preliminary baby needs indicator with icons + vertical fill level
- Added highlight on objects that may be interacted with, when they're in range
The game is VERY hard in this release. Major tuning to come!
Challenges faced this week were mostly project management related. We just barely got everything done in time for this Wednesday, which left us with completed mechanics, but horrible tuning. The game is incredibly hard and our play testing on Friday will certainly suffer as a result.
