- New Bonus Chapter: "A Handmaid Gift" - Mitsuru has a special gift arranged for Yukari's birthday. CGs by FemSee.
- New Bonus Chapter: "Costume Party" - A short scene where Mitsuru and Makoto discuss the festivities. CGs by UnknownEntity.
- Dates and the "Credits" title card now appear in the centre of the screen instead of the textbox.
- Bonus stories now have a dedicated sub-menu, like the main story, to cut down on main menu clutter.
- A new option to go right to the latest version's updates has been added to the main menu so players don't need to navigate the BTS menu every update.
- Two unused CGs have been added to "A Gift for the Queen of Executions".
