Alabasta Caitlyn 1.1 Update

Now that Kinky Jam 1 is finished, we have a small post jam update to Alabasta Caitlyn.

• Add the option of changing the characters names.
• Shift some of the choice menus around to stop them hiding interesting bits
• Slightly restructured the conversation in the living room to make it flow better.
• Added some edge blur on the 'imagined' shower sequences.
• Increased the light level in the bedroom sex scene.
• Added a new image to the cum-inside sequence.
• Added a credits screen at the end.

Oh, and there's also a completely untested Android build.  Let me know if it works (or otherwise), please.
