Quickly revamped the Rampage ability so hopefully the player isn't immediately invincible (not sure what I was thinking, combined with Blood Retort...) -- it now also scales on WIL, so perhaps that might be interesting
Updated tooltip for Block and Armor to describe how they work against non-physical damage now -- effectiveness is based on your corresponding Resistance to the element. Also fixed a potential bug where negative Resistance was causing your Armor / Block to be ADDED to the damage
