Version 1.0.1 released

A small update to squash some bugs in the initial release.

• It is no longer possible to load game from an empty save file slot.
• Load screen dialogue windows now work properly.
• Inventory screen now has guidance text.
• It is no longer possible to equip an item from an empty inventory.
