In the initial proposal of my project, my idea was too ambitious. I was, at first, overwhelmed by the clutter in Unreal Engine 4, but managed to figure things out. I realised that I could not make the game I had in mind, but rather a template map with assets and basic interactable functions. This was the first challenge to overcome- narrowing down the plan that I had envisioned. I would worry about my game's uniqueness later on.
Next steps:
-learn Unreal Engine 4
-make my first function (an interactable door.)
