Just some small bug fixes:
-Fixed a graphical issue in "The Painting Turned Reverse"
-Fixed an issue where you could still change the stage in "Stage Select" after selecting a stage
-Fixed an issue where you could still change the difficulty in "Story Select" after selecting the difficulty
