Added: Controls Menu
Changed: Player is now invincible for 4 seconds when world is loaded
Changed: Player is now invincible for 4 seconds when they respawn after a death
Changed: Important NPCs can no longer take damage
Changed: Hostile entities will be de-spawned in a chunk that is loaded near by the starting town
Changed: Fixed Problem where boss protection would not work right
