v0.2.9: Leaderboard

We're setting up a leaderboard that shows the 3 most common crops in the end state now. This seems fun and also helps us balance the game.

• Leaderboard enabled! Top 100 displayed for current patch.
• VP for On Sell effects (Tomato) now shown separately on crops.
• Skip button added to first 3 rounds of tutorial.
