New Mechanic

A major change has been made to the core game play loop. Instead of having infinite knives you now need to collect more knives if they run out. 

Some quality of life updates have been made. 

For a more comfortable hand position the game now uses WASD instead of the arrow key to move around.

And ofc bug fixes
