October 2022 release 2 (22.10_2)

A quick bug fix on the back of the October release. Fixes a few things:

Bug Fixes

• Shadows no longer pop in and out.
• Corrected "Callum" character sprint speed.
• Fixed alpha issue with underwater weeds.

Known Issues

• Gamepad mouse controller not working properly.
