A brand new class of monsters - long-ranged shooters. Not just fake shooters like Purple Slime. They may be a bit OP for now, unfortunately I’ve tested them in “ideal conditions”. Hopefully, I’ll release a balancing fix ASAP.
Now we have a “Fast Shooter” - blue shooter, does very little damage, but has a high rate of fire. Starts spawning at level 5.
“Red Shooter” is a more formidable opponent, dealing more damage, but shooting less often. Starts spawning at level 9.
And finally a “Heavy Shooter” that starts appearing at level 15 and shoots slowly, but does relatively high damage and has relatively high health.
I’m still not 100% sure if I want shooters as damage-dealers. My primary idea for this kind of opponent is debuffing and restraining the player character. But for now those were easier/faster to implement for testing purposes.
