Starts project from Sep.27.2022

I'm really excited to start this experimental project today. Also, super excited to see Workbench3.1 on WinUAE. I'm thinking to create this game for A1200. Because I have a physical machine that requires restoring though.

Accomplishments:

• Successful to install Workbench3.1 to WinUAE
• Successful to install BlitzBASIC2.1
• Make hello world app.
