version 3 released

Version 3 - tweak a few things. Probably should just leave it alone. Please comment if anything not working or feedback.

feel free to download game again or play in browser.

Updates as below:

• added better game over and win screens
• faster missile - i still like it to have some travel time though
• name the waves and indicate how many waves
• touch up wave transitions
• boss more talkative and bleeds
• removed easymode discouragement
• a few tweaks to pickups
• boss is a bit more forgiving
• new sound for alternative explosion
• few minor additions
