Update b.16

• Added a new financial history screen which displays your cash balance from the last 12 in-game months
• Cleaned up some minor display issues

A note on the new financial screen: if you are loading into an existing save, there will not be any data for the time that has already passed in-game as the game wasn't tracking that information until now. It will only be able to track anything you do after loading the game in the new version.
