I, nor any tester, found any problem with the Perditus Demo, however it turned out I screwed up a bit and thanks to peoples comments and feedback, I have been able to correct this problem. When it was compiled, It didn't correctly create the captive runtime, which was meant to make it work as a standalone project without needing to install the AIR runtimes (which are now under the control of Harmon, part of Samsung).
I have now been able to correct this issue, as stated, and have updated the current version to download
The other problem stated I believe was related to maximising the game, which can create problems with the collision detection when it comes to the mouse interacting with the game. I have disable maximising and the game can be swapped into fullscreen mode either via the settings menu, or 'Alt-F' key combo.
