Minor patch(10-2)

Changes

- Change way of movement on a world map.

- Add encounter description

- Add NPC dialogue

- Some encounter tile changed

- Save, and character slot UI changed

-Reduce the frequency of block placement in the initial stage

- Nuffed silent, electrocuted condition state

 silent time 1.5s -> 1s

 electrocuted  : stamina recovery stop ->  stamina recovery speed is half.
