Web Browser Update

Almost missed the deadline, but without further ado, I present the web version of Universal Lifepath Generator. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to implement the Oracle part of the system, but I hope people will still find it useful. For the foreseeable future, I will not be updating this further, save for some bug fixing. If there are any issues not already mentioned below, please let me know.

Features: 

-The Web App:

• Generates everything at the press of a button, no math required
• Can click/tap on the circles next to the prompts in order to lock a section or two that peaks your interest

Bugs:

• Has not been tested on every browser, but uses Godot's built in html5 exports so it theoretically should work fine
• (Mobile Only) There is an issue of pressing the lock button immediately after toggling it on/off, issue can be resolved by tapping anywhere else on the screen and then tapping the lock prompt button again.
