Version 1.5.2b update

Some more quality of life, this isn't the update that fixes syncing, but I'm getting there I think.

• Online
  • Now uses P1 controls for both players
  • Regions can now be selected
• UI
  • Main menu block now slides in
  • They can also fade in or out
  • Added a start button so people know where to click now
