Version 1.0.10: Small visual tweak + new runtime

This is just a small update that fixes some minor issues that drove my inner perfectionist crazy.

• Renamed "Big Evil Orb" to "Giant Wheelghost" since that enemy now has a canonical name after Touhou 18.5 released.
• Fixed Patchouli having the wrong sprite in the Marisa ending making the sequence look weird. (At one point I replaced all cutscene faces and I never realized what effects it would have on the ending silhouettes - the ending uses the old sprite for Patchouli without the cool raised arm pose now)
• Updated the game to a more recent version of Game Maker Studio runtime.

There should be no actual gameplay changes but please let me know if I somehow managed to create a bug.
