Changes were made to reduce difficulty and players getting lost respectfully.
+Rearranged some enemies.
+Added more light posts including the prison area.
+ Changed light decay from 0.06 to 0.04.
+changed shotgun fire rate from 1.6 to 1.2.
+Changed assault rifle damage from 20 to 22.
