Scene unfolding machine V2.2 out!

Hey!

Following the release of Plot unfolding machine v4 I release now an updated version of SUM. No biggies around here, but here are the changes:

• Reworded various GM Actions so to be "less terminating", to be wider in interpretation
• NPC Disposition renamed to NPC Opener, to reflect better its meaning
• Improvements in Subject d100 on lines 1, 7, 17, 24, 27, 35, 47, 53, 91, 99
