Update 8 - More cards

Update 8

• 26 new cards.
• A bit of balancing.
• New abilities: OnSummonResurrect, OnSummonBuffAllies & OnSummonBuffAlliesType.
• Card Editor: Summon abilities now display a dropdown of options.
• Card Editor: Thumbnail view is now the default view when selecting new.
• Card Editor: Fixed bug with sorting in multi view.
• File Browser: Is now paged for better performance.
• File Browser: Can now search within folder.

Balancing is hard, it is far from done.

Next week I will join the Viborg Game Expo, so there might not be a update because of this. This is going to be the first time I'm showing the game to this many people and my first convention. Hope it goes well.
