[Devlog #7] - Main Menu Redesign

Hey everyone!

I have spent some time in this update working on the main menu. Streamlined the look and feel and easy to use than the previous menu design.

I've added a new character selection screen for Sean, Thomas and Kasey.  

I've also added a difficulty selection screen with options, Easy, Medium and Hard.

Other notes:

• Added copyright information
• Changed the font and font sizing
• Added a new background to represent the game.
