Scritch 1.2.2 update

Catching up a couple small patches to the last update:

Editor

Changes:

• Updated config loading/overwriting to correctly update all the missing information
  • Including feature state, locked state, info text, loop count, preview options, and title.

Player

Changes:

• Better seamless looping
  • This is a workaround for now, a more robust solution would require reworking the entire audio system, but it’s better than it was previously.
• Fixed initial playback position incorrect when a preview-cut track is the featured track
• Fixed incorrect loading icons
