New version a002
Quick hotfix for some major problems discovered when testing, and a few other minor improvements.

- Fixed being able to walk around combine force field before it's shut down.
- Blocked out the rest of the street leading to the office tower
- A few additional walls blocked out where it could cause confusion about the intended path for the player.
- Fixed random models being transitioned into the next map.
- Made APC weaker. It still takes way to many grenades to kill, and the mounted gun does almost no damage to it. This will be tweaked further.

- Sniper moved to window
- Added lights in spawn room
- Added more health pickups, and a health/suit charger at the beginning of the level
- Added proper ending sequence
- Added "ladder" to rooftop above sniper's perch. (Actually a tiny jump pad)
