Update v0.93

Changed the name of the file to BlocksInTheBox.pdx to avoid overwriting the existing game called Blocks when side-loading.

Changes from the previous version:

• Changed default direction of the d-pad (you now push in the direction you want the blocks to go)
• Added menu setting to reverse d-pad
  • Note: if you have installed an older version of the game, this box will be checked by default. If you prefer the default behaviour, you should uncheck this setting
• Added menu setting to reverse rotation direction of box
• Added menu setting to restart the game
• New, much nicer sound effects (most of them by Maskedsound) 
• Level up notification + sound-effect
• Changed name to Blocks in the Box to avoid confusion with existing game called Blocks!
