I'm happy to announce the second biggest update for this game to date - version 1.3!
Highlights:
- DEDICATED SETTINGS SCREEN - added 2 new settings: anti-aliasing and ambient occlusion,
- HIT MARKER - this makes hitting things a lot more satisfying,
- ROOM OF WISDOM - now there is a small room in level 1 with signs which tell you about the game's mechanics.
Changes:
- Updated main menu,
- Updated loading system,
- New sprites,
- Remade sprites: auto crossbow, guardian's death pose, skeletons,
- Added map details - you can kinda see parts of previous and next levels in some places,
- Added metal bars in a lava corridor of level 2,
- Applied different materials on some walls to make the design more consistent,
- Deleted some wall meshes and used a gridmap instead,
- Remade gridmap walls to allow baked lighting,
- Slight color adjustments,
- Floor got a little bit darker to make the acid more visible in level 5,
- Rails in level 6
- Added Steel armor,
- Tweaked armor values,
- Fixed some sprite issues,
- Bug fixes and other minor changes.
