The main setting of this game is you being in the simulator at the imperial academy. You play as an orphan who was sent to the academy at the recommendation of a high-ranking officer who found you. As such you are committed to doing your part for the empire to pay back this kindness. The story of this game is fairly straight forward with you trying to succeed at the final test in hopes of climbing the ranks of military.
