(Probably) Final Update

Hey all you jumpy ropers, this here be the final update most likely. Below you will find the changes (or at least the ones I could remember)
- Adjusted Timing for jumps to give leniency based on the circle size instead of only allowing jumps after the max size
- New hi-res circle sprite for 4k HD gameplay
- Added game over reason text so it's not a mystery box of wondering why you failed
- Fixed a bug where a jump didn't count if the wall didn't cross the center of your circle
- Adjusted sprite layers to be more consistent
- Wall Jump sound effects can no longer stack all at once
- Moved jump number text to fit more than 9999 jumps (good luck)
- Changed collision detection to be per-frame
- Changed start text to "Tap & Hold"
- For WebGL, removed the weird WebGL border
