• Rebalanced many of the Sus moves so they have more normalized scaled damage

• Fixed some bugs regarding Cyan Sus
• Fixed a bug that resulted in certain moves being intangible on wakeup
• Fixed a bug that caused Player 2 to never be able to use super 3 in a match
