1.01 - small bug fixes

Patch for some bug fixes:

• Fixed bug that prevents players from unlocking an extra level
• Added new indicator, that show what enemy is outside player view
• Fixed bouncing bullets not bouncing from a bomb-rocks
• Fixed the animation of destroyed bullets not showing when hitting a rock bomb
• Fixed doubling effects on one item in the first room for Chaos ship
