2.0 Balancing

A quick balancing update.

Removed cheat keys used for testing that were accidently still in the game (oops)

Decreased the reload time on the salt shotgun

Decreased the damage of the upgraded salt shotgun

Increased the damage of the un-upgraded salt shotgun against Larvae

Made Senior Magnificent much more tanky against the shotgun
