Bug Fix (Menu access)

Right click + M now moves the menu (changed from just right click
Right click + M also shows the menu after it has been hidden, the menu will appear at your mouse position rather than at the default position

Menu position doesn't save, keep this shortcut in mind when you need to access it :)

These changes are in place so when borderless is active and half the window is offscreen, you will still have access to the menu no matter what.
